Account Settings

Sure, it is very simple. If you click on the account button and press forgot your password, you can then add your email address and we will send you an email so you are able to rest it. Once you are inside of your account, you will be able to see any changes that have been made.

Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to access all sections and with ease will be able to change any personal details that you want and then it is just a case of saving those details and you are ready to go.

Currently we are offering Paypal as our payment method although we do have Laybuy and Clearpay coming real soon so watch this space. 

Shipping & Returns

If you order before 1pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as we can although we do ask that you allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery of your purchase to cover all eventualities.These will require a signature on arrival.

 

 

In the rare circumstance that you wish to request a return for an item, please follow the below guidance.

We cannot accept returns if:

• Merchandise was shipped in perfect condition and in accordance with your instructions.
• Styles have been discontinued.
• Merchandise is soiled or otherwise unsaleable.
• Merchandise is not in original unbroken packaging as shipped.

Damaged parcels must be signed as ‘damaged’.

No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. 

All prices quoted are exclusive of any UK VAT for orders being shipped outside of the UK.

However, there may be tax/duty to pay once your order arrives in its destination country.

Each country has its own tax/duty regulations and it is advisable that you check what the costs are likely to be. 

If the shipment is returned to us due to unpaid charges, we will apply a fee of £25.00 per order to cover return courier costs, handling and admin fee. 

Stock Questions

Luna Bleu Intimates offer a high stock holding in their UK based unit so can offer a wide range of products to be shipping the same working day if ordered before 1pm ( Monday to Friday)

Our stock levels are live on our website and we update our stock hourly so products that are out of stock should show this. In the unlikely event this should not happen, we will help our customers with any issues that they might have when it comes to ordering.
